The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Placing your order
Choose the items you’d like to buy and the quantity required then please click on “Add to basket”. In this way you can add the product to your basket of goods you want to buy from us.

Now you can choose to either continue shopping or verify the list of items in your basket. You can do this by selecting the basket icon on the top right of the screen.

When you’d like to settle your purchase, from your “Basket” of items page, click on “Checkout”. If you are already registered online with BOSKKE simply enter your username and password and check your details are correct, if not please fill in the registration form.

Attention: The delivery address must show U.S.A., Canada, or a European Union country. It is not possible to receive a BOSKKE websale order for destinations outside of these countries at present. Please contact your local country distributor or listed retail outlet on the “Distribution” page, or contact us directly by email at info@boskke.com.

When you are ready to complete your order, after reviewing your details and your order press “Buy now” button. From this point on our payment partner PayPal will guide you to complete the transaction.

PayPal is the market leader in providing secure online payments. They ensure safety and privacy of payment transactions and all information concerning your online order. Please review their terms and conditions for more information.

Once your payment details have been confirmed, the order will go to BOSKKE Limited directly, and you will receive an on-line order confirmation. As soon as the shipment has been completed, an e-mail with your assigned courier company tracking number will be sent to you.

The agreement to complete the order includes the acceptance of the sales conditions here described and regulated by Sales of Goods Act as governed by New Zealand law.

Product availability
If available, the ordered products will be sent within five business days after the transaction, after the confirmation by e-mail – please see Delivery Conditions section.

Items from time to time may be listed as not available: this means the product is out of stock in our warehouse and is therefore not able to be ordered at present.

On occasion goods may be ordered that may be found out after automatic confirmation to be out of stock. If this situation should arrive BOSKKE will contact you and arrange a full refund of out-of-stock items ordered, or invite you to wait until the out-of-stock items are available.

Attention: The images given on this site have a purpose of showing how a particular product will look. They do not represent in any way a tie or an obligation for the seller.

Duty on the amount
The transport cost is excluded, unless otherwise stated. It is important for the customer to check any transport charges, before continuing the purchase. Duties may be charged for coutries outside USA, European Union and New Zealand, within these regions duties are included in the price.

Delivery conditions
All products are delivered through assigned courier companines (FedEx for USA and Canada, UPS for E.U.), using their standard delivery overland courier service.

Standard: FEDEX & UPS service that, in usual conditions, assures the delivery within 7/8 working days from the date of the order within USA/Canada and European Union. Deliveries charges are specified in final payment.

Attention: No deliveries are possible to a P.O. Box address.

Attention: Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may require longer delivery times.

In case of absence of the receiver, FedEx will leave a notice for the customer to contact them to organise a more suitable delivery time.

BOSKKE Limited refuses any responsibility for the delay of any delivery that can be caused by forces beyond their control (bad weather, difficulty to locate the delivery address and so on).

If you have not received your order in reasonable time, you should get in contact with BOSKKE. These details can be located online under the section “Contact us” or sending an e-mail to: info@boskke.com

By following these simple guidelines, our staff will be able to check the progress of your order and confirm with the forwarder the status of your delivery. If it is preferred, it is possible for our shoppers to check the status of their order through FedEx directly (please visit www.fedex.com for further details)

We remind you that deliveries are only possible for delivery to U.S.A., Canada, and European Union. Please note that deliveries will be suspended every Saturday and Sunday, public holidays and during the first and last week of the year. All orders during these periods will be dispatched within the next available five working days.

Attention: It is possible that delays may occur outside these times, especially the weeks leading up to Christmas. To avoid disappointment, please place your order early. The cut off date to ensure Christmas deliveries reach their destination in time is the 11th of December. This is so we can do our best to assure this arrives on time during this busy period.

Upon receipt of your order, we would ask you to thoroughly check that the numbered parcels are indeed the same as those shown on the packing list. Please also check that the packaging has not been damaged or altered in any way.

Should you find something wrong, please notify the assigned courier company immediately. You should also ask the carrier to sign with reserve, writing on the shipping document “I accept with reserve due to…” (for instance: damaged package), asking him to countersign. This procedure is necessary to obtain the responsibility of the carrier for possible damages caused by the transport.

Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

The sizes and shapes of the goods may differ in real life from how they appear on your screen. We provide dimensions and measurements in the descriptions of the goods and it is your responsibility to check that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purposes.

Due to the nature of ceramic material production, sizes have a 5% variance tolerance and glaze colour may also vary slightly from object to object.

Payment system
You can make the payment on PayPal secure web servers. Once the payment is complete you should select to redirect back to the BOSKKE’s website to see BOSKKE Order confirmation details. We will also emails these to you and this should arrive within a few minutes after the transaction has been confirmed on PayPal.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards accepted by PayPal.

Damaged or defective goods
BOSKKE gives you the right to obtain a replacement of credit for the purchased product if it shows some defect, or if it does not relate to your actual order confirmation.

If you want to report a defect the product you must inform BOSKKE within 10 days of receipt. You can contact us by clicking on the “Contact us” icon, or sending an email to: info@boskke.com. We request photographic file sent via email as evidence to replace or credit products.

Attention: BOSKKE Limited is only obliged to replace or credit defective products.

Attention: BOSKKE Limited will not accept any responsibility for damage that has occurred during transportation. We will not accept responsibility for any package that has been tampered with.

Product liability & safety
Reasonable care has been taken to supply products to comply with appropriate safety standards. If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.

BOSKKE are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by use of the product.

BOSKKE Sky Planter is a hanging planter. For this reason, it is paramount that installation is done correctly to limit the risk of the planter falling.

We have included detailed instructions in our Instruction Manual, for safe installation of your Skyplanter. However, if you are unsure of how to install your Skyplanter safely, we suggest you ask a building professional to install it for you.

The ceiling hook and plastic anchor sleeve provided are for use with solid ceilings made from wood, concrete or steel. They are not intended for suspended ceilings or ceilings made from plaster board or other lightweight composite material. If you intend to install your Skyplanter from such a ceiling we recommend you talk to your local hardware store about the appropriate ceiling hook, or have a professional install it for you.

The design and manufacture of the Sky Planter has been made to reduce water or soil dripping. Due to the nature of the product we can not provide a guarantee that water or soil will not be lost from the planter. We recommend you do not suspend your Sky Planter over electrical equipment or furnishings such as carpet or furniture in the event there is some loss of water or soil.

Liability disclaimer
BOSKKE Limited total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by BOSKKE to the customer. BOSKKE shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon BOSKKE by statute. BOSKKE cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the product instruction sheets.

When you place an order to purchase a product from BOSKKE your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

BOSKKE endeavours to check the accuracy of our online sales information. However, BOSKKE does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published in our online sales information may include inaccuracies and typological errors.

Data protection and privacy
BOSKKE endeavours to take reasonable steps to keep your data and personal information supplied to us confidential.

Because payment for your order is by PayPal, your credit card details are secure and will not be disclosed to us or the public per PayPal terms and conditions.

Legal identity and jurisdiction
BOSKKE is the trading name of BOSKKE Limuted. The website is owned and operated by BOSKKE Limited a registered company in New Zealand. New Zealand law controls these general conditions, together with the sale agreement. For any hearing each party submits to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
